Alina

Registered Occupational Therapist

Alina is a fully qualified Registered Occupational Therapist in good standings with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Alina has over four years of clinical experience in community-based rehabilitation and has worked extensively with individuals experiencing mental health conditions, chronic pain, acquired brain injuries, and orthopedic injuries. Alina holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (Dalhousie University, 2017), and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education with a specialization in Health Promotion and Minor in Gerontology (Laurentian University, 2015).

Alina is committed to professional development and has completed training in Integrative Lifestyle Medicine, Yoga for Brain Injury (LYB), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Integrative Psychotherapy. Alina is also a yoga teacher and has completed her 200-hour Yoga and Ayurveda Holistic Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia in 2019. She is dedicated to ongoing education and is a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT), The Academy of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), and the Holistic OT Community.
